SUMMARY:

Use computer-aided design software to design products, create/test prototypes, and oversee other drafters. Applications used: AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design frameworks for a project.
  • Work with team members to develop, manufacture, and market a product.
  • Analyze, design, and build technical solutions to reach clients' needs.
  • Create detailed design documentation.
  • Estimate time and cost required to complete a project.
  • Code and test software.
  • Define, create, and maintain development methodologies, procedures, and standards.
  • Create drawings in 2 and 3-Dimensional form using CAD software.
  • Aid in selection of materials for the products.
  • Produce final design specifications.
  • Supervise team involved in project design.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, engineering, math, and materials.
  • Make decisions based on designs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.

SUMMARY:

Bavis Fabacraft is seeking Assembly Technicians to become an integral part of our team. You will perform mechanical assembly tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
  • Interpret mechanical drawings and follow assembly instructions.
  • Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing helpful but not required - we will train.
  • Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
  • Able to read blueprints, bill of materials, and drawings.
  • Able to handle physical workload of 50 pounds.
  • Able to work well in teams.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.

Bavis Fabacraft , A Market Leading Drive Thru Equipment Manufacturer Seeks an Inside Sales Coordinator that is energized by accurate order entry, order expediting, and problem resolution. Someone that knows that their efforts create value in our pipeline and profitability. This person is responsible for developing and building key relationships with customers and will work diligently to ensure that customer's needs are met and that their expectations have been exceeded. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) is responsible for the day-to-day sales functions such as prospecting, customer outreach and accurate and complete Order Entry:

  • Identifies current and future customer product needs by engaging and establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment information by answering questions and requests.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Prepares quotes, enters Sales Orders into supporting systems, prepares and executes handoffs to Sales Executives.
  • Liaises with team to submit orders by conferring with technical support staff.
  • Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
  • Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
  • Attend Trade shows, as necessary. Demo products effectively.
  • Route opportunities to the appropriate team members/department for further development and closure.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest through campaign support and contact.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven inside sales experience 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with using Social Media for sales.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with SAP B1 or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Some travel required, 10-20%.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.
